Over the past year, we’ve experienced massive unprecedented growth as a company. We’ve more than doubled the size of our team, upgraded to a larger office, moved 466,399 people to destinations all across North America, and gained rapid momentum on our path to success. And none of this would have been possible without your support!
Since 2018, we’ve accomplished a lot that we’re proud of. From launching our branded buses in Toronto, Montreal, and San Francisco to partnering as the official transportation provider of the Special Olympics and Collision Conference 2019, we’ve been busy making strides in the charter bus industry.
Our most recent achievement? Raising $15 million USD in fundraising capital to bring the charter bus industry to the next level. With the recent investments from Autotech Ventures, based in Silicon Valley, and Cycle Capital Management, based in Montreal, we’re confidently looking forward to seeing Bus.com grow into its next stages of business.
Our Bus family has already outgrown a few loving homes in Montreal since our company’s founding date in 2015, including our downtown Notman House location and our office on Parc Avenue. Now, we’re nestled in the heart of the vibrant Plateau neighborhood with the bustle of St-Laurent Boulevard on our front steps and Jeanne Mance park in our own backyard.
Our work culture has been tight-knit since the very beginning, and we’ve embraced the importance of maintaining a work-life balance along the way. In-office and onsite at events, we work hard and we work diligently. We’re a diverse, well-rounded group with different skill sets and backgrounds who love working both in a team and autonomously. It takes a lot of hard work to make Bus.com’s wheels go round, and every employee contributes to the seamlessness of our company’s mechanics in their own way.
However, when we’re not transforming the charter bus industry, we can be found bringing our A game with our multiple company sports teams, enjoying happy hour at one of the pubs or wine bars down the road, or hanging out at the park during the highly-anticipated summer months. As the undefeated champs among Montreal’s Ultimate Frisbee league’s company teams, we’re always looking for new recruits to join our crew. If you’re more into soccer, grab your cleats and join us for weekly indoor games against other local corporate community teams during the wintertime.
Right now, we’re focused on growing our Bus family to new and exciting levels. With our main goal of becoming the biggest bus company globally always top of mind, we know that we need to add to our top talent to achieve it.
